Serves as the overall lead, manager, and administrator for a professional support services contracted effort. Acts as the primary interface and point of contact with Government program authorities on technical and program/project issues.
Work on high-visibility or mission critical aspects of a given program and perform all functional duties identified independently. Overseeing the efforts of less senior staff and/or be responsible for the efforts of all staff assigned to a specific job.
Must be able to obtain and maintain the required security clearance for the position. Eligibility requirements include US citizenship.

Work may involve sitting or standing for extended periods of time. Position may require typing and reading from a computer screen. Must have sufficient mobility, including but not limited to bending, reaching, and kneeling to complete daily duties in a timely and efficient manner.
