Job summary

Rivet Operations Company LLC is seeking a Senior Program Management Analyst to support the Program Office by managing data, schedules, and performance metrics. You will produce materials for meetings, maintain WBS, POA&Ms, and milestone tracking while coordinating with DoD stakeholders.

The role calls for DoD program support experience, Navy C2 familiarity, and strong written and oral communication skills. A Master’s or Bachelor’s degree with extensive experience is required.

Qualifications

• Master's Degree with 10+ years of relevant experience or Bachelor’s Degree with 14+ years of relevant experience.
• DAWIA Level III Certification in Program Management or PMP equivalent.
• Direct experience supporting Navy C2 programs (GCCS-M, MTC2, C2P preferred).
• Understanding of OPNAV, SECNAV, and OSD processes and practices.
• Excellent oral and written skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Conduct organizational studies and evaluations, design systems and procedures.
• Conduct work simplification and measurement studies.
• Prepare operations and procedures manuals to help management operate more efficiently.
• Apply analytic techniques to evaluate program/project objectives.
• Analyze requirements, status, budgets and schedules.
• Perform management, technical, or business-case analyses.
• Collect, organize and interpret data related to projects and programs.
• Track program/project status and schedules.
• Apply government-instituted processes for documentation, change control management and data management.
