Job summary

Rivet Operations Company seeks a Program Manager to lead DIA's Enterprise Logistics Services contract at the Defense Logistics Operations Center in Landover, MD. You will develop a Program Management Plan, manage schedules, risks, and stakeholders, and act as the single point of contact for the COR/PMO.

Requirements include 10+ years in PM/logistics, US citizenship with TS/SCI clearance, a related Bachelor's degree, and PMP preferred. Emphasis on compliance and reporting.

Qualifications

• US citizen with TS/SCI clearance
• Bachelor's degree in related field
• 10+ years in program management and logistics
• PMP certification highly desired
• MS Office or equivalent logistics software proficiency
• Experience managing government service contracts with logistics tasks
• Familiarity with property accountability/record control
• Knowledge of safety practices for material handling; enforce PPE and incident reporting
• Strong stakeholder coordination
• Strong written and verbal communication

Responsibilities

• Create detailed Program Management Plan covering scope, timelines, resources, risk management, and stakeholder engagement; integrate logistics optimization to identify gaps and boost efficiency.
• Facilitate monthly leadership meetings to align objectives, statuses, and strategic initiatives with actionable outcomes.
• Oversee and manage the contract program to ensure compliance with terms, metrics, and expectations; act as single point of contact for COR/PMO.
• Ensure staffing levels meet requirements and align with program needs.
• Collect and validate material requirements; document specs/quantities/locations/dates; maintain tracker and integrated schedule.
• Maintain accountable records for inventory and GFP/CAP; execute inventories and reporting.
• Report costs, performance, issues, and mitigations; utilize Excel to automate reporting where possible.
• Ensure compliance with site rules and controlled item procedures; coordinate secure storage/access controls; ensure safety procedures.
