Jobot is looking for a Project Manager to lead commercial construction projects from pre-construction through closeout in Minnesota. You will develop budgets, schedules, forecasts, coordinate subs and vendors, and manage procurement and cost control while maintaining strong client relationships.

• 5+ years of project management experience in commercial construction.
• Proven experience managing ground-up and/or renovation projects.
• Strong knowledge of construction processes, scheduling and cost control.
• Experience with design-build and/or construction management delivery methods.
• Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.

Responsabilidades

• Manage commercial construction projects from pre-construction through closeout.
• Develop and maintain project budgets, schedules, and forecasts.
• Coordinate subcontractors, vendors, and internal teams for execution.
• Oversee procurement, contracts, and cost control.
• Lead client communication and maintain stakeholder relationships.
• Ensure safety, quality, and compliance with company procedures.
• Identify risks and drive proactive solutions to stay on track.
