Job summary

Williams Companies, Inc is seeking a Project Manager with strong commercial plumbing experience in Belgrade, Montana. This role focuses on overseeing ground-up construction projects, managing budgets, schedules, and subcontractors while coordinating with GC’s, field teams, and trade partners to ensure top-quality installations.

You will lead kickoff meetings, monitor progress, uphold safety standards, and build lasting relationships with clients.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or related field.
• 3–5 years of experience in construction design, finance and project management.
• Strong knowledge of piping systems, code requirements and submittals.
• Ability to read and interpret plans, specs and project documents.
• Proven track record managing budgets, schedules and documentation.

Responsibilities

• Oversee commercial plumbing scopes on ground-up construction projects.
• Manage project budgets, schedules, change orders, materials and subcontractors.
• Coordinate with general contractors, field leaders, and trade partners to ensure quality installations.
• Lead kickoff meetings, coordinate manpower and monitor jobsite progress; maintain safety and compliance.
• Build strong client relationships and represent Williams professionally on every project.
