Job summary

Williams Companies, Inc. is seeking an experienced Plumbing Foreman to lead field crews in Montana. This hands-on leadership role focuses on guiding crew activities, solving problems, coordinating work, and stepping in as needed to keep projects moving smoothly.

The ideal candidate will have Montana Journeyman Plumber licensing, strong plumbing expertise, and prior foreman or crew-lead experience. You will read blueprints, coordinate materials, and supervise safety and quality on site.

Qualifications

• Montana Journeyman Plumber license is required.
• Proven plumbing experience and trade knowledge.
• Foreman or crew-lead experience preferred.
• Ability to read blueprints and troubleshoot problems.
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
• Commitment to safety, quality, and getting the job done right.

Responsibilities

• Lead a plumbing crew and keep the job moving safely and efficiently.
• Read plans, coordinate materials and manpower, ensuring quality work.
• Work hands-on installing and troubleshooting plumbing systems.
• Coordinate with Project Managers, Superintendents, and other trades.
• Train apprentices and uphold high safety and quality standards.
• Track daily progress, hours, and jobsite documentation.

Williams is looking for an experienced Plumbing Foreman to lead our crews and keep projects moving. If you’re a skilled plumber who knows how to get the job done and is ready to take the lead, we want to talk to you.

This is a hands-on leadership position. You’ll spend your time in the field leading your crew, solving problems, coordinating the work, and jumping in when the job needs you.

WHAT YOU'LL DO:

• Lead a plumbing crew and keep the job moving safely and efficiently
• Read plans, coordinate materials and manpower, and make sure work is done right
• Work hands-on with your crew to install and troubleshoot plumbing systems
• Coordinate with Project Managers, Superintendents, and other trades
• Train apprentices and hold your crew to high standards for safety and quality
• Track daily progress, hours, and jobsite documentation
  

WHAT YOU BRING:

• Current Montana Journeyman Plumber license (required)
  
• Strong plumbing experience and knowledge of the trade
• Foreman or crew-lead experience preferred
• Ability to read blueprints and troubleshoot problems
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
• Commitment to safety, quality, and getting the job done right
