Midwestern Mechanical, Inc. seeks a Plumbing Foreman to lead job-site operations, supervise crews, and ensure projects are completed safely, on time, and to high-quality standards.

The role requires Journeyman Plumber licensure, strong leadership, and effective communication with management, apprentices, and customers. You will read blueprints, interpret specs, manage documentation, and coordinate with supervision across residential and commercial plumbing projects in the region.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Journeyman Plumber license required.
• Experience as a Foreman in plumbing, preferably commercial.
• Med gas certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead job-site operations and ensure safety, quality, and on-time completion.
• Supervise crews, coordinate daily work, and support apprentice training.
• Maintain project documentation and read/interpret blueprints and specifications.
• Manage timecards and attendance, coordinate with management, and attend project meetings.
