Vylor is seeking a Team Lead for our Tipton, IN site to supervise production staff, coordinate resources, and ensure safe, efficient operations. You’ll monitor quality, manage inventories, and support continuous improvement initiatives under leadership guidance.

Must have supervisory experience in manufacturing with strong communication and problem-solving skills. On-site role requiring extended hours during seasonal peaks with potential weekend work.

Formación

• Associate degree or technical diploma required.
• Supervisory experience across multiple production processes.
• Experience with SAP or equivalent manufacturing software.
• Forklift operations experience preferred.
• LEAN manufacturing experience and problem-solving ability.

Responsabilidades

• Oversee a staff of production employees and coordinate resources for safe, smooth operations.
• Communicate across all levels of the organization and support seasonal production activities.
• Monitor product quality and inventory, ensure adherence to quality plans.
• Prepare workforce, equipment, and materials for upcoming shifts and orders.
• Assist in workforce planning and scheduling with leadership.
• Maintain records, documents, and reports accurately.
• Serve as production technician as needed to support operations.
• Assume shift supervisor duties in absence of supervisor.
