Vylor is seeking a Team Lead for its Tipton, Indiana site to oversee a production team and coordinate internal and external resources for safe, efficient operations. You will communicate across all levels, support seasonal production activities, monitor quality against the Quality Plan, and plan workforce, equipment, and materials for upcoming shifts.

This on-site role requires adapting to extended hours and rotating shifts, while maintaining accurate records and driving continuous improvement

Qualifications

• Highschool Diploma or GED required.
• Experience in manufacturing, operations, or production.
• Strong communication and leadership abilities.
• Proficient data analysis using various tools.
• Willingness to work extended hours and rotating shifts, including overtime.

Responsabilités

• Oversee production staff and coordinate resources to ensure safe operations.
• Communicate across all levels of the organization and support seasonal production.
• Monitor product quality and inventory against the Quality Plan.
• Plan workforce, equipment, and materials for upcoming shifts.
• Manage inventory and support capital projects and improvement initiatives.
• Maintain accurate records and reports; assist as needed as a production technician.
• Act as shift supervisor in the absence of the supervisor.
