Job summary

Weber Metals, Inc. is seeking a Project Manager I, II, or III to lead capital projects in Verdi, NV and support initiatives in Paramount, CA. This on-site, full-time role requires coordinating resources, schedules, and budgets to deliver projects on time and within budget.

The candidate will report to the Manager-Technical Projects and must be self-sufficient, with strong problem-solving skills and ITAR compliance. Travel up to 25% is expected.

Qualifications

• Must be able to comply with ITAR and EAR residency requirements.
• Capital project management experience on large-scale projects.
• Knowledge and experience using CAD software is preferred (e.g. AutoCAD).
• Familiarity with state and local building codes and standards.
• Goal oriented with ability to prioritize tasks under deadlines.
• Willingness to travel up to 25% of the time.

Responsibilities

• Plan and execute small to large capital expenditure projects, including equipment and expansion.
• Plan and execute facilities projects, including buildings and civil works.
• Develop and maintain project schedules and budgets from planning through completion.
• Create and present project status reports to executive stakeholders.
• Support engineering and maintenance teams in planning plant infrastructure upgrades and repairs.
