Job summary

Overland Contracting Inc is seeking an experienced Piping Superintendent for simple cycle projects in Oklahoma. The role interfaces with supervision, craft and field engineers to drive safe, on‑time construction progress and quality.

You will direct subcontractor activities, monitor schedule performance, and coordinate resources to meet project milestones. This is a field assignment with travel; a driver’s license and OSHA 10 are preferred.

Qualifications

• 8+ years experience as a Superintendent or Construction Manager on equivalent projects.
• Valid Driver's License and ability to pass onboarding requirements.
• OSHA 10 certification.

Responsibilities

• Monitors CPM schedule compliance and project progress for simple cycle construction.
• Coordinates with craft/subcontractors and field engineering to resolve issues.
• Maintains daily site records and progress reporting for management.
• Ensures safety, quality, and schedule adherence across disciplines.
• Facilitates meetings and develops look-ahead plans to drive progress.
• Ensures materials, manpower and equipment are on site to support the plan.
• Reviews timesheets and progress payments and supports cost control.
• Supports risk management and change management processes.
• Acts as a supervisor with responsibility for work direction but not direct personnel management.
• Travels as required for field execution.
