Overland Contracting Inc is seeking a Civil Superintendent to lead field execution on simple cycle and combined cycle power generation projects in Oklahoma. You will coordinate with craft supervision, field engineering, and project controls to deliver safe, high‑quality civil work on schedule.

The role requires strong leadership, attention to safety, and the ability to plan, track progress, and resolve issues in a dynamic construction environment.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent. Degree in Engineering or Construction preferred.
• Experience leading civil construction on simple cycle or combined cycle projects is preferred.
• Strong field leadership, safety, planning, and coordination skills are essential.

Responsibilities

• Lead civil construction execution for power generation projects including earthwork, foundations, and concrete.
• Coordinate with craft supervision and field engineering to remove roadblocks and keep work safe and on schedule.
• Develop 3‑week look‑ahead plans and manage labor, materials, and equipment to support progress.
• Review drawings and specifications to ensure scope comprehension and quality expectations.
• Maintain daily logs, look for productivity improvements, and support turnover closeout.
