Lourdes Health System in Lourdes, NJ is seeking a Phlebotomist for our on-site lab operations. This role focuses on collecting and processing patient specimens, performing tests, and ensuring accurate sample preparation in line with lab protocols.

The position requires formal phlebotomy training, ASCP/NHA/AMT certification preferred, and strong customer service and time-management skills. Shift is 3rd with full-time hours and comprehensive benefits.

Competenze

Previous customer service experience.
Phlebotomy experience preferred.
Good interpersonal and time management skills.
Formal phlebotomy training; ASCP, NHA or AMT certification preferred.

Mansioni

Phlebotomy tasks including patient identification and specimen labeling.
Specimen verification, processing, shipment and front loading on instruments for testing.
Pre-analytical processes including registration and ordering.
Provide outstanding customer service with effective communication and interpersonal skills.
Clerical duties including telephone communication, report generation and faxing.
