Job summary

LEGAL PROJECT MANAGEMENT PARTNERS LLC in Arecibo, PR is seeking an experienced Construction Project Manager to lead CAPEX projects within pharmaceutical manufacturing facilities in northern Puerto Rico. You will manage construction, renovations, utilities, and infrastructure, coordinating multidisciplinary teams while ensuring GMP compliance and safety.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Architecture, or a related field.
• Minimum of five (5) years managing construction, facilities, infrastructure, or similar projects.
• Experience supporting CAPEX and pharmaceutical manufacturing environments.
• PMI/PMP certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage pharmaceutical construction and CAPEX projects from planning through closeout.
• Define project scope, deliverables, execution plans, schedules, and resource requirements.
• Develop and monitor capital budgets, cost estimates, commitments, expenditures, and forecasts.
• Coordinate architects, engineers, contractors, vendors, and internal stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle.
• Oversee construction activities involving facilities, utilities, infrastructure, and manufacturing areas.
• Review drawings, specifications, proposals, and construction documents for alignment with project requirements.
