Job summary

Techengpr in Puerto Rico seeks an experienced Lead Construction Manager to lead field execution of a major pharmaceutical capital program exceeding $500M TIC. You will act as Owner's representative with authority across production facilities, OSBL, and infrastructure, ensuring safe, quality, and on-schedule delivery.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil, or Mechanical Engineering.
• 20+ years of large-scale capital construction experience.
• 10+ years as Senior Construction Manager in pharma/biotech.
• Experience with $500M+ Total Installed Cost (TIC).
• Leadership of multidisciplinary, multi-contractor teams.
• OSHA 30 certification required.

Responsibilities

• Lead the overall field construction organization and teams.
• Serve as senior Owner-side construction representative.
• Provide field leadership across facilities, OSBL, and tie-ins.
• Own field HSE leadership and enforce LIFE/BeyondZero requirements.
• Drive safety, quality, schedule, and performance outcomes.
• Coordinate with multiple contractors and disciplines.
