Confidential Employer seeks a dedicated insurance professional to manage a book with a primary focus on personal lines while maintaining exposure to commercial accounts. You will handle renewals, endorsements, proposals, and cross-selling opportunities, delivering responsive service to a loyal client base.

The role requires 2+ years in personal lines and 1+ year in commercial lines, with on-site work in Manchester, CT. A CT P&C license is preferred; insurance systems experience is a plus.

Formación

• 2+ years of personal lines insurance experience.
• 1+ year of commercial lines insurance experience.
• Excellent client service, communication, organization, and attention to detail.
• Ability to work fully on-site in Manchester, CT.
• Connecticut Property and Casualty license preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Manage and service a book consisting primarily of personal lines accounts (auto, home, umbrella, renters, specialty).
• Service a smaller portfolio of commercial accounts (BOP, GL, commercial auto, property, workers comp).
• Handle renewals, endorsements, cancellations, and policy changes accurately and efficiently.
• Remarket accounts across multiple carriers to identify coverage and pricing options.
• Prepare quotes, proposals, applications, and ACORD forms.
• Assist clients with coverage questions, billing issues, claims questions, and COIs.
• Conduct coverage reviews to identify gaps and cross-sell opportunities.
• Partner with producers on client retention and new business opportunities.
• Maintain accurate account documentation in the agency mgmt system.
• Work with carrier underwriters and service teams to resolve issues.
