Job summary

CAMBA is seeking a Per Diem Shift Supervisor to manage daily operations at the Flagstone Family Center location. You will maintain client confidentiality, input data into CARES, and coordinate staff to ensure safe and compliant service delivery.

Responsibilities include supervising daily programming, communicating with clients and funders, and preparing shift reports. A high school diploma and 4 years’ experience are required; bilingual skills are preferred.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Four (4) years’ applicable experience required.
• Computer literacy in MS Office and other basic office technology required.
• Bilingual (English & any other language) preferred

Responsibilities

• Maintain professional relationships with clients and client confidentiality.
• Input client data using CARES database, as needed.
• Communicate effectively with clients, peers, supervisors, and funders.
• Ensure compliance with NYS DHS, NYS OTDA, NYC agencies and CAMBA policies.
• Ensure on-site supervisory coverage and maintain safety of operations.
• Oversee daily shift activities, staffing, programming, and client care services.
• Prepare shift reports for CAMBA management and funders.
• May conduct initial intake and outreach to community resources.
