• Process I-9 verifications and E-Verify when applicable.
• Maintain New Hire BGC Tracker and data integrity.
• Prepare and review new hire information before start dates.
• Coordinate Day 1 communications and logistics on-site.
• Assist with benefits questions and resources for new hires.
• Ensure records are entered correctly in Workday at hire.
• Support onboarding tasks and fingerprinting coordination as needed.
