Job summary

Worldwide TechServices is seeking a Dynamic PC Support specialist to troubleshoot desktops and laptops, interact with clients, and address issues promptly. The role covers service calls, reporting, and adherence to client SLAs across a field-based support environment.

Qualifications include technical certification or equivalent and 0-2 years of related experience, with potential for OEM certifications and travel to client sites as required.

Qualifications

• Technical school certification or equivalent.
• 0-2 years of relevant experience is typical.
• Previous customer service experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer support for designated equipment.
• Accept and deliver all service calls within the client SLA.
• Meet customer service satisfaction criteria as guidelines.
• Complete administrative tasks for each call as policies.
• Real-time reporting of all calls per policies.
• Follow established policies and guidelines for service delivery.
• Ensure control of assets and inventory per client contracts.
• Report all activity accurately and promptly.
• Understand and follow safety policies daily.
• Additional requirements may exist if offer is extended.
• Other duties may be assigned for business needs.
