Apex Systems is seeking a PC Refresh and Associate Workstation Support Technician for the Honolulu area. The role is on-site and involves deploying, installing, and configuring PCs, laptops, tablets, and software while maintaining inventory and assisting end-users with software requirements.

The ideal candidate will have a high school diploma or equivalent and entry-level PC support experience, with basic Windows/AD knowledge and a valid driver's license for local transport.

Competenze

• High School Diploma or equivalent credential.
• Entry-level experience in PC technical support, hardware troubleshooting, and deployment.
• Basic knowledge of Windows installation, PC peripherals, AD concepts, and Office applications.

Mansioni

• Deploy, install, and configure PC hardware, laptops, tablets, and software per guidelines.
• Support a Microsoft network with Windows 10/11, Office 365, and MS Teams.
• Resolve basic desktop/network issues including AD, DHCP, DNS, and Group Policy.
• Receive assets, manage inventory, and update asset management records.
• Interview end-users to determine software requirements before deployments.
• Perform data transfer, profile management, and data recovery tasks.
• Transport equipment to facilities for remote hardware refreshes.
• Collaborate with IT to identify process improvements and document tech.
