Qualifications

• Experience with HR payroll systems and processing payroll for multiple employees.
• Billing experience including reconciling and reviewing timesheets for services rendered.
• Ability to work independently in a small one-person department.
• Strong written and verbal communication; team player attitude.

Responsibilities

• Review, reconcile, monitor, and confirm payroll payments and invoices.
• Provide tracking and monitoring reports as requested by supervisors.
• Perform general office duties and data entry tasks.
• Enter billing records into the invoicing system for reimbursements.
• Process payroll and maintain service agreements; timesheet reconciliation.
