Job summary

Spread Your Wings, LLC. in Garden Grove is seeking a Payroll-Billing Specialist to join our team in person. The role requires hands-on experience with HR payroll systems and processing payroll for 50–200 employees, plus supporting billing tasks and service agreements.

You will reconcile payments, review timesheets for accurate billing, and maintain records within a small one-person department. We value ethical, mature, honest, and independent contributors who work well with limited supervision.

Due to company growth, we are looking for our next payroll-billing specialist to join our team in Garden Grove.

SOLID TRAINING AND SUPPORT

This position requires knowledge working with HR payroll systems and processing payroll from 50 – 200 employees. This position will also support the billling needs of the company. Billing experience requires, reconciling, reviewing of timesheets to appropriately bill for services rendered, tracking and maintainiing active service agreements. If you know what it takes, then we want to meet with you.

Compensation & Details of Position:

• Hourly Wage: $28-$30/hour, depending on level of experience.
• Company pays 100% of a medical coverage
• Company pays 100% of a $25,000 life insurance
• Company pays 100% of the Employee Assistance Program
• Company paid holidays. After 90 days of employment
• Medical, dental & vision avaiable at group rate cost.
• Accrue up to 40 hours of Paid Time Off per year- accrues upon first day of work; available to be used 90-days after first day of work.
• Work Hours: 40 hours per week – specific work days will be discussed upon interview

Job Summary:

We are seeking a candidate with prior experience in medical billing, payroll and administrative tasks. The Billing/Payroll Specialist (BPS).

Job Duties:

• Review, reconcile, monitor, and confirm payments and invoices.
• Provide tracking and monitoring reports on a regular basis, per request of supervisors and other team members.
• Perform general office duties (filing, records management, etc.).
• Enter billing records into electronic invoicing system for reimbursements from regional center offices.
• Review, data entry, and processing of payroll as assigned.
• Perform other associated duties to support billing/payroll functions: Timesheet reconcilation, overtime tracking, and more.

In addition to duties listed above, we are seeking a candidate that is a fast-learner with a positive energy. While we are a smaller team in the number of members, we work well together and embrace teamwork to help the business grow.

Requirements:

• Must have at least one year of prior experience working in an office-setting, including experience with general office duties (filing, answering calls/emails, data entry, etc.).
• Must have at least one year of general accounting/finance experience.
• Must possess good written and verbal skills (for emails, phone calls, meeting minutes, etc.).
• Must be able to work independently with minimum supervision (In other Words, we are looking for someone who doesn’t require contact supervision)
