• CRCR certification required within 6 months of hire (Company Paid).

Responsibilities

• Assign MRNs and complete medical necessity/compliance checks.
• Collect insurance information and process patient data.
• Operate the telephone switchboard and provide excellent customer service.
• Pre-register patient accounts and explain consent forms to patients.
