Responsibilities

• Assign MRNs and complete medical necessity/compliance checks.
• Operate telephone switchboard and provide customer service.
• Pre-register patient accounts prior to visits.
• Review eligibility responses in insurance verification system.
• Distribute important documents and forms to patients.
