Qualifications

• 1+ years of customer service experience.
• Must be inquisitive and demonstrate openness to innovation including AI to improve patient and client experiences.
• High School Diploma/GED required

Responsibilities

• Pre-registration of patient accounts, collecting demographic, insurance, and other patient information.
• Verify eligibility and benefits and support POS (point-of-service) collections.
• Explain consent forms and distribute patient education documents.
• Answer calls, operate the telephone switchboard, and provide compassionate customer service.
• Maintain accurate forms and assist leadership with audits and reporting.
