The role requires obtaining and verifying demographic, financial, and clinical information, contacting families or offices for missing details, and coordinating with scheduling to optimize patient flow.

Responsibilities

• Verifies insurance eligibility and notifies when eligibility fails.
• Collaborates with scheduling to identify add-on patients.
• Obtains necessary authorizations, pre-certifications, and referrals.
• Notifies patients of liabilities and collects funds.
