Qualifications

• CRCR certification within 6 months of hire (company paid).

Responsabilités

• Assign accurate MRNs and complete medical necessity / compliance checks.
• Handle insurance information collection and patient instructions with empathy.
• Explain consent forms and distribute patient education documents.
• Review eligibility and enter benefit data to support POS and billing processes.
• Pre-register patient accounts and perform point-of-service collections and balance follow-ups.
