Job summary

MSCCN is seeking a parts counter associate in an on-site capacity at our Ohio location. You will serve customers at the counter and over the phone, provide accurate information on products, and process orders for in-store and online purchases.

The role emphasizes meeting sales goals, promoting promotions, and maintaining inventory integrity while delivering excellent customer service. Forklift operation and a valid driver’s license are required for daily duties.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent; Agriculture degree preferred.
• 1+ years of Parts, sales or service experience.
• Strong communication and rapport-building with customers.
• Understand selling processes and multitask independently and in a team.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers at the counter and over the phone with parts sales.
• Maintain professional relationships with peers and management.
• Meet or exceed monthly sales goals.
• Promote parts promotions and upsell related items.
• Process orders accurately for in-store and online purchases.
• Locate and obtain merchandise; coordinate with Inventory on stock.
• Keep the showroom image professional and organized.
• Work extended hours and weekends as needed.
