Job summary

MSCCN in Ohio is seeking a Parts Counter Associate to sell parts to customers at the counter and support the service department with timely, accurate information. You will provide excellent customer service, meet sales goals, and process orders for both in-store and online purchases.

Responsibilities include maintaining showroom displays, coordinating with the inventory team, and ensuring a clean, organized department.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent; Associate's degree in Agriculture preferred.
• 1+ years of Parts experience or equivalent sales/service experience.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work extended hours and weekends.
• Valid driver's license with a driving record that meets insurance requirements.
• Experience using Microsoft Office and standard desktop applications.
• Ability to lift up to 75 pounds and operate a forklift.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service to customers at the counter and on the phone.
• Maintain positive, professional relationships with peers and management.
• Meet or exceed monthly sales goals.
• Be engaged with the corporate parts promotion schedule.
• Recommend additional parts or accessories as needed.
• Communicate and monitor Parts Department processes for customer satisfaction.
• Process orders accurately for in-store and online purchases.
• Locate merchandise and coordinate with Inventory Team for stocked items.
• Maintain inventory integrity and show-wide displays.
• Keep the parts department clean and orderly.
• Support other duties as assigned by manager.
