Job summary

VetJobs seeks a parts counter associate in Ohio to sell parts over the counter and support the service department with timely, accurate information. You will provide exceptional customer service, process orders for in-store or online pickup, and promote ongoing promotions.

Responsibilities include meeting sales goals, maintaining showroom displays, and operating a barcode scanner and forklift as needed, with safety in mind. Some extended hours and weekend work may be required.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent; agriculture degree preferred.
• Customer-focused and able to build rapport with customers.
• Strong communication and selling process understanding.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and work independently or in a team.

Responsibilities

• Sell parts over the counter and provide parts to service department.
• Deliver exceptional customer service at counter and on phone.
• Meet or exceed monthly sales goals and promote promotions.
• Process orders accurately for in-store and online pickup/delivery.
• Maintain showroom and merchandise displays in good order.
• Operate forklift when needed and ensure safety compliance.
