Job summary

TheraPeds Partners is seeking a part-time, on-site Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) for a school-based position in Saint Louis, Michigan. This role serves PreK-12 students and involves direct therapy, assessments, and collaboration with the school team.

The contract spans September 2026 to January 2027 with guaranteed hours and a 1099 arrangement. Applicants should hold a Master's or PhD in SLP and be eligible for state licensure and ASHA certification.

Qualifications

• Master's or PhD in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program.
• State license as a Speech-Language Pathologist.
• Department of Education licensure as an SLP.
• National license: ASHA.
• CCC (Certificate of Clinical Competence) preferred.
• CF-SLP placement may be available.
• Experience in schools and with children.
• Proficient in use of technology.

Responsibilities

• Direct therapy, consultation, evaluations, and case management.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams including therapists, educators, and parents.
• Develop and monitor IEP goals and progress.
• Maintain documentation and communications with school staff and families.
