Responsibilities

• Handle incoming and outgoing calls professionally.
• Interview patients or representatives to collect necessary data for records.
• Schedule appointments and maintain patient charts.
• Check insurance eligibility and ensure accurate data is captured.
• Receive, post and track payments; collect co-pays or deductibles.
• Perform administrative tasks as assigned by the Practice Administrator.
