Responsibilities

• Processes calls efficiently and politely.
• Interview patient or representative to collect demographic and billing information.
• Schedules appointments and updates patient charts.
• Checks insurance and eligibility in computer systems to ensure accurate data.
• Receives, posts and tracks payments; collects initial payment per copay/deductible.
• Performs administrative tasks assigned by the Practice Administrator.
