A-line Staffing Solutions is seeking a qualified Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) or Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) for a fast-paced outpatient clinic in Hawaii. The role emphasizes patient care, clinical procedures, and EMR documentation, with an emphasis on safety and teamwork.

This part-time position requires prior Primary Care / Urgent Care / ER experience, phlebotomy, vaccines, and point-of-care testing.

Qualifications

• Active LPN/LVN license in the U.S. with good standing.
• BLS certification with expiration beyond start date.
• Minimum 1 year healthcare experience.
• Experience in Primary/Urgent Care or ER.
• Experience with EMR systems (Epic preferred).

Responsibilities

• Administer medications via oral, injectable, IV, and topical routes.
• Monitor vital signs and assess patient conditions.
• Perform phlebotomy and vaccine administration.
• Document patient information in EMR accurately.
• Educate patients on medications and self-care.
• Collaborate with healthcare team to ensure care quality.
• Maintain sterile, organized clinical environment.
• Follow nursing protocols and safety standards.
