Job summary

A-Line Staffing Solutions is seeking a licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) for a part-time, on-site outpatient clinic role in New Jersey. The position requires an active LPN/LVN license, BLS, and 1 year of primary/urgent care or ER experience. Phlebotomy, vaccines, and EMR proficiency are expected as essential duties.

Qualifications

• Active LPN/LVN license in good standing in the U.S.
• Current BLS certification with expiration at least 30 days after start date.
• Minimum 1 year of healthcare experience in Primary Care, Urgent Care, or ER.

Responsibilities

• Administer medications (oral, injectable, IV, topical) within scope.
• Monitor vital signs and assess patient condition.
• Perform phlebotomy and vaccines; conduct point-of-care testing.
• Document medical histories in EMR and coordinate care.
• Educate patients on medications and disease management.
• Maintain a clean, stocked clinic environment.
