A-Line Staffing Solutions is seeking an LPN/LVN to provide patient care in a fast-paced outpatient clinic. The role requires handling meds, assessments, and documentation in EMR, with emphasis on primary/urgent care experience and patient education.

Work is on-site in a part-time schedule (~30 hours/week), including every other weekend and some holidays. Safety sensitive role with three-week orientation and on-site training prior to assuming duties.

Formación

• Active LPN/LVN license in good standing.
• BLS certification with adequate validity beyond start date.
• At least 1 year of healthcare experience.
• Experience in Primary Care, Urgent Care or ER.
• Experience with phlebotomy, vaccines and point-of-care testing.
• Proficient with electronic medical records (EMR).
• High school diploma or GED on file.
• Available for part-time schedule, every other weekend, holidays.

Responsabilidades

• Administer oral, injectable, IV and topical meds within scope.
• Perform routine assessments and monitor vital signs.
• Document medical histories and clinical findings in EMR.
• Identify abnormal findings and changes in patient condition.
• Perform phlebotomy, vaccines, and point-of-care testing.
• Educate patients on meds and self-care strategies.
• Coordinate with healthcare team and community resources.
