Job summary

UT Southwestern Medical Center is seeking a Parking Services Administrative/Clerical professional to provide comprehensive support for parking operations, enforcement, customer service, and facility management on-site in Dallas. The role serves as the primary contact for staff, employees, and external customers, triaging and resolving inquiries with professionalism.

You will monitor requests, educate customers on services, and stay updated on policies to ensure accurate communication.

Qualifications

• Education: High School Diploma or equivalent.
• 3 years experience in customer service, public contact, parking enforcement, or facilities operations.
• Must have and maintain a valid Class "C" Texas Driver License with acceptable driving record.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a primary point of contact for staff, employees, and external customers; respond, triage, route, and resolve requests.
• Monitor and follow up on pending requests to ensure prompt resolution.
• Provide accurate information, resources, and guidance to customers on services and online tools.
• Maintain knowledge of policies and updates to ensure consistent communication.
• Interpret and enforce parking regulations and state laws; issue warnings or citations as appropriate.
• Coordinate maintenance of parking facilities, equipment, and vendor services.
