BioLife Plasma Services in Bismarck, ND is seeking a part-time Medical Support Specialist (Paramedic) to ensure donor eligibility, monitor safety, and support plasma center operations under supervision of the Center Manager and Center Physician.

You must be a licensed EMT-Paramedic with current CPR/AED, able to perform physical exams, review lab results, and respond to medical emergencies following SOPs. A $2,500 sign-on bonus is offered.

Formación

• Must be licensed or certified as EMT-Paramedic in the state.
• Current CPR and AED certification.
• FDA-mandated BioLife Medical Support Specialist training completed.

Responsabilidades

• Determine donor eligibility including informed consent, medical history, and eligibility criteria.
• Evaluate donor reactions and manage medical emergencies per SOPs.
• Refer to Center Physician or Medical Affairs for guidance on medical issues.
• Support Hepatitis B and Seasonal Flu vaccination programs for employees as applicable.
• Manage employee incidents following EHS guidance.

Educación

High school diploma or equivalent including nursing program

State/licensure for paramedics
