Celanese Washington Works site seeks a Packaging Production Scheduler (Advanced Specialist, Production) to optimize the packaging process and maximize asset and labor efficiency to meet the unit's production plan. This on-site role in Washington, West Virginia collaborates with AO, DEL, and maintenance teams to drive production scheduling and communications across supply chain.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Experience in manufacturing environment preferred.
• Ability to lead and develop a team.
• Excellent verbal and written communication.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office and related software.
• Strong problem solving and decision-making skills.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced setting.
• Willingness to respond after-hours as needed.
• Knowledge of SAP and LIMS is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Develop and adjust PACK Production Schedule to meet FP completion dates.
• Manage 2-Week Soft schedule and 48-Hour Hard schedule by asset.
• Create and review campaign packets and packoutsheets.
• Track KPIs and unit performance 24/7.
• Produce reports on open POs due within 14 days.
• Communicate outages during SAP downtime.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams.
