Job summary

Celanese seeks a Polymerization Production Scheduler (Advanced Specialist, Production) to optimize the polymerization process and maximize asset and labor efficiency. The role supports Autoclave’s polymerization line and requires close collaboration with AO, DEL, and supply chain teams.

This on-site position is based in Washington, WV, and demands proactive scheduling, KPI tracking, and active problem solving.

Qualifications

• HS Diploma or equivalent.
• Manufacturing experience.
• Aptitude for leading and developing team members.
• Excellent communication skills (verbal and written).
• Capacity to solve problems and be decisive to meet business needs.

Responsibilities

• Develop and adjust the Polymerization Production Schedule to meet supply chain objectives.
• Manage POLY 24/7 & CORE Team KPIs and production plan accuracy.
• Track Actual vs. Plan and OEE performance by asset each period.
• Coordinate pre-generated batches/POs for SAP outages to mitigate impact.
• Communicate and coordinate with Production Leadership and Supply Chain teams.
