Job summary

Northpoint Recovery is seeking an On-site Outpatient Therapist/Counselor in Boise, Idaho. The role provides individual, group, and family therapy within a multidisciplinary team, coordinating master and discharge plans while ensuring compliance with licensing and documentation standards.

You will work Tuesday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 6:30 PM with a compensation range of $28–$45 per hour. A master’s degree and active licensure are required, with opportunities to collaborate with support staff

Qualifications

• Master's degree required in mental health or social sciences
• Active substance use or mental health licensure in the state of treatment
• 1+ year of relevant experience required
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build rapport
• Adherence to ethical standards of licensure governing board

Responsibilities

• Provide individual, group, and family therapy
• Coordinate clinical care from admission to discharge
• Collaborate with treatment team to ensure quality care
• Educate clients and families to aid treatment
• Develop written treatment plans with client/family involvement
• Monitor and adjust treatment plans as needed
• Maintain timely documentation of assessments and progress
• Maintain professional boundaries and confidentiality
