Job summary

Northpoint Recovery Holdings, LLC is seeking an On-site Outpatient Therapist/Counselor in Boise, ID. The role reports to the Program Director and offers a Tuesday–Friday 8am–6:30pm schedule with compensation of $28–$45 per hour.

The Therapist/Counselor will manage a caseload, provide individual, group and family therapy, and coordinate treatment plans within a multidisciplinary team. Licensure in the state is required and a minimum of 1+ year of experience is expected.

Qualifications

• Master’s Degree in Mental Health or Social Sciences or commensurate experience.
• Active substance use or mental health licensure in the treatment state.
• 1+ year of experience in relevant field.
• Ability to work with a diverse population and maintain professional boundaries.

Responsibilities

• Provide counseling, assessments and group facilitation to individuals and families.
• Coordinate all aspects of direct clinical care from admission to discharge.
• Consult with the multidisciplinary treatment team for quality client care.
• Provide orientation and education to clients, families and others.
• Collaborate on written treatment plans with client and family involvement.
• Monitor clients and adapt treatment plans as needed.
• Document assessments, diagnoses, and progress in a timely manner.
• Maintain professional boundaries with clients and participate in quality assurance.
