Job summary

Northpoint Recovery Holdings, LLC is seeking an Inpatient Therapist/Counselor on a PRN basis for Northpoint Idaho (Adult inpatient in Meridian, ID). Schedule involves Saturdays and Sundays 9-5:30 p.m., with compensation of $28-45 per hour.

The role coordinates master treatment plans, provides individual, group and family therapy, and communicates with the multidisciplinary team to ensure quality patient care and timely documentation in compliance with licensure and contractual obligations.

Qualifications

• Master’s Degree in Mental Health, Social Sciences or commensurate experience.
• Must hold active substance abuse or mental health licensure in the state of treatment.
• 1+ year of experience in the field required.
• Ability to work with diverse populations and maintain professional boundaries.

Responsibilities

• Provide individual, group and family therapy for assigned patients.
• Coordinate all aspects of direct clinical care from admission to discharge.
• Consult with the multidisciplinary treatment team for quality patient care.
• Develop written treatment and discharge plans with patient/family involvement.
• Document assessments, treatment plans and progress in a timely manner.
• Maintain confidentiality and comply with HIPAA requirements.
