Northpoint Boise - Ashwood is seeking an Outpatient Therapist/Counselor to provide individual, group, and family therapy and to coordinate treatment plans and discharge planning for a caseload.

You will collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to deliver evidence-based care, maintain timely documentation, and ensure compliance with licensure standards. This on-site role in Boise, ID offers a Monday-Friday concentration with a 8am-6:30pm schedule and competitive hourly pay.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in mental health or social sciences; active state licensure required.
• Minimum 1 year of relevant experience.
• Ability to work with diverse populations and strong interpersonal skills.
• Must maintain professional boundaries and adhere to licensure ethics.

Responsibilities

• Provide individual, group, and family therapy as required.
• Coordinate direct clinical care from admission to discharge.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary team to develop treatment plans.
• Document assessments and progress in a timely manner.
