Qualifications

• Work requires an Associate’s Degree in Physical Therapist Assistant by time of hire.
• License and CPR certifications required by time of hire.
• 1–3 years of experience preferable.

Responsibilities

• Implements comprehensive individual and group treatment independently.
• Follows through with treatment priorities based on PT evaluation.
• Implements PT services using effective treatment approaches.
• Develops home programs and caregiver instructions; documents progress.
• Communicates progress to the team; participates in rounds and education.
