Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to eligible recipients following procedures.
• Explain Medicare-supported care programs clearly and accurately.
• Answer questions, address concerns, and obtain enrollment consent.
• Complete enrollment activities and electronic documentation accurately.
• Meet enrollment and productivity goals set by the department.
• Maintain dialer login, productive time, and call activity.
• Handle inbound callbacks and provide basic transfers as needed.
• Provide professional, recipient-focused customer service.
• Document calls, communications, consent, and outcomes precisely.
• Protect confidential information per HIPAA and company policies.
• Attend training and team meetings; perform related duties as assigned.
