Job summary

Technibus, Inc. is seeking a Project Lead - OSP to act as on-site coordinator and crew supervisor for voice and data installation projects.

You will ensure job completion meets company and customer safety and quality requirements while maintaining staff productivity. Responsibilities include directing daily inspections, supervising radios and air monitors, keeping the site clean, leading project crews, coordinating with the Project Manager, and producing as-built documentation and final reports

Qualifications

• Efficient in reading blueprints/conduit maps.
• Self-motivated, professional, and able to drive process improvements.

Responsibilities

• Guide daily inspections and safety procedures.
• Oversee radios and air monitors for projects.
• Maintain a clean, organized worksite and manage hazards.
• Lead major project crews and provide training as needed.
• Coordinate best practices for vendor products and cabling.
• Work with Project Manager to ensure productivity and budget adherence.
• Prepare as-built documentation and final project reports.
