Job summary

Technibus, Inc. is seeking a Project Lead - OSP to serve as on-site coordinator and crew supervisor for voice and data installation projects. You will ensure quality and safety while maximizing staff efficiency.

Responsibilities include guiding inspections, managing crews, coordinating with the Project Manager, producing as-built docs, and enforcing company standards. The role requires blueprint reading, supervisory experience, and the ability to work outdoors and travel as needed.

Qualifications

• Must read and interpret blueprints and project documents.
• Minimum three (3) years of OSP or underground telecom experience.
• Minimum six (6) months supervisory/managerial experience.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office and able to use basic project tools.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily project activities and supervise field crews.
• Ensure safety, quality, and adherence to budget and schedule.
• Coordinate with Project Manager and customer contacts on-site.
• Prepare as-built documentation and finalize project paperwork.
• Perform quality checks and train staff as needed.
