Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; associate or technical degree preferred.
• 3+ years of experience in telecommunications construction or related field, with at least 1 year in a supervisory role.
• Strong knowledge of outside plant construction, permitting processes, and safety regulations.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate daily activities of subcontractor construction crews on assigned telecommunications projects.
• Review and verify permit designs and work packages prior to construction.
• Monitor and enforce compliance with safety standards, including MOT plans and devices.
• Conduct routine inspections of outside plant construction to ensure adherence to specs and quality.
