Job summary

stow Group is seeking an Order Picker at our Adairsville, GA facility to support loading schedules and warehouse operations. You will follow supervisor instructions, organize tasks by priority, and operate forklifts, reach trucks, and jacks to prepare orders and manage inventory.

Responsibilities include inventory checks, 5S audits, ensuring packaging quality, and maintaining safe, clean work areas aligned with company policies and environmental guidelines.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of forklift and warehouse equipment experience with a valid license preferred.
• 2+ years of order picking or related warehouse experience required.
• Familiarity with SAP and SharePoint is a plus.
• Ability to use scanning equipment and estimate order volume.
• Knowledge of packaging requirements and inventory processes.

Responsibilities

• Operate forklifts, reach trucks, and pallet jacks to support order picking.
• Organize work by priority and follow written or oral loading instructions.
• Assist with inventory, cycle counts, and replenishment tasks.
• Ensure accuracy of orders, store completed orders, and maintain cleanliness.
• Adhere to safety rules, 5S audits, and environmental guidelines.
• Report shift activities and collaborate with supervisors for performance reporting.
